The ScanPal EDA70 is the first tablet from Honeywell. It scans 1D and 2D barcodes and is just as suitable for inventories as it is for reading tickets, for usage as a payment terminal or as digital support in customer talks, to name just as few examples. With its 7'' multi-touch display the semi-robust Android device provides users with a large amount of work space. It communicates via WLAN 802.11 a/b/g/n, WWAN and Bluetooth 4.0, so that data transfer also occurs practically independent of the work location.
The EDA70 is equipped with a Qualcomm 1.2 GHz QuadCore processor, 2 GB RAM and 16 GB Flash memory. With a fully charged battery it performs more than 8 hours, to keep pace with the user's full shift. The display has a resolution of 1,280 x 720, is made of scratch-proof Gorilla glass and is even operable with damp hands. Additionally, the tablet is IP64-certified against dust and moisture, so your customers to not need to worry about handling it with kid gloves.
